Masterpiece of Park Residences Worldwide

One Park Taipei is the original work created by Pritzker Prize winner Sir Richard Rogers that has surpassed London’s One Hyde Park. Regarding space planning and design, we invited interior designer Sir Kelly Hoppen whose clients include the British royal family and US president. They joined forces to custom-make it, an innovative classic across the world with respect to architectural appearance and space aesthetics.

Using metal materials and exposed structure vocabulary, Richard Rogers stretched greenery in the forest park to the façade. The vertical green belt injected vitality into the building, the simple geometrical lines displayed strong structural aesthetics, and the minimalist appearance and vocabulary were interspersed with bold orange red colors, which have created architectural strength beyond our time. As Rogers’s seismic work Centre Georges-Pompidou, Paris has just celebrated its 40th anniversary, he once again impressed us with his new work One Park Taipei, a macro-building in Asia.

Appointed by countless celebrities such as Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and David and Victoria Beckham, designer Sir Kelly Hoppen adopted gold and silver as the respective color motifs in the north and south building, which have exhibited shimmering luxury of multilayered nature. Furniture accessories such as cashmere, leather, thick velvet, rengas, and metal are unconventional materials that were painstakingly selected, ordered, and designed by Hoppen. The luxurious beauty full of affection presents a breathtaking sight.

Located in the center of Taipei City, One Park Taipei has a spectacular view of Daan Forest Park. In combination with green buildings and landmark aesthetics and being 35/31 stories high, it is a masterpiece of park residences worldwide, which rivals One Hyde Park in London and One57 in Central Park, New York.
